- You may return any eligible item you have purchased from us within 10 days of the date of purchase.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and manuals intact.
- Items must be in unused and resalable condition.
- We do not accept exchanges.
- There is a £50 restocking fee for all returned items.
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@blakshade.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy. If the item is approved for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that the £50 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
